Tarophia (tarophia.com) is responsible for this site. For any question, including refunds, write to support@tarophia.com.

Tarophia draws cards for your question and uses artificial intelligence to write the reading, based on the cards, their positions and the texts in our library. It is a service for entertainment, reflection and self-discovery.

Readings do not predict the future with certainty and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Any decisions you make are your own. The AI can make mistakes or say something odd; if it does, let us know.

Tarophia is for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. The account is personal: anyone with access to your email can get into your account, so keep it secure.

• Free: one reading a month, including its first act. Months are calendar months.
• Monthly subscription: up to 15 full readings per billing cycle. Unused readings don't roll over to the next cycle.
• Pack of 3 readings: three credits, each worth one full reading. Purchased credits never expire.
• Single reading: one credit, worth one full reading. Purchased credits never expire.
• Gift or campaign credits (for example, from a promotional code) are valid for the period stated when you receive them.

Prices are shown on the plans page and before you pay: in Brazilian reais in Brazil and in US dollars elsewhere. Payments are handled by a payment processor; Tarophia never sees or stores your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically every month, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under “Manage subscription” in your profile. It stays active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If the subscription price changes, we'll let you know before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription or of buying credits, without giving a reason, provided you've used little of what you bought: no more than 2 readings in the cycle for the subscription, no more than 1 credit for a pack, and an unused credit for a single reading. Write to support@tarophia.com from the email address on your account.

Monthly renewals are not refundable. If you no longer want the subscription, cancel it, and it will run until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds are limited to one per person. Repeat requests, whether from another account or with the same payment method, may be refused.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Refunding a subscription ends it immediately; refunding credits removes any that haven't been used.

A reading that ends in the care screen (when a question points to a crisis or risk and the oracle declines to read) is never charged: you get the reading or the credit back.

To keep the oracle open to everyone, you may not:

• use bots, scripts or any automation to create readings or accounts;
• resell readings or access to the service;
• try to circumvent the usage limits, the payments or the site's security;
• use the service to harass, deceive or harm other people.

We may suspend or close accounts that do so. If an account is closed for this reason, its credits and current subscription will not be refunded, except where required by law.

The reading written for you is yours to keep and share. The texts, the illustrations and the rest of the site belong to Tarophia. The card images are from the 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, in the public domain.

You can delete your account at any time under “My readings”. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and removes any remaining credits; the 7-day refund still applies as described above.

We do our best to keep the oracle available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or a provider outage. If a paid reading fails before it is written, you get the credit back.

What we keep, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice on the site. Changes that affect something you've already paid for apply only from your next renewal or purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. You may bring any dispute before the courts where you live.
