Privacy policy

Tarophia is responsible for this site. For anything about privacy, write to support@tarophia.com.

• When you sign in: your email. With Google, also your Google account identifier; Google also passes on your name and photo, which the sign-in service stores but the site does not use.
• In each reading: the question, the cards, the crystal, the texts the oracle wrote, the date, and how you asked the oracle to address you (feminine, masculine or no preference). All of it is tied to your account.
• Technical data: your IP address, used only to limit abuse (for up to a day), and the hosting provider's ordinary logs (page, time, browser), which expire within hours or days.
• In this browser: if you save a reading in “My readings”, it stays on your device only.
• We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are for signing in.
• In your profile, if you choose to add them: how the oracle should address you and your sun sign. They stay in your account until you change them. To erase them, choose “Ask me every reading” and “I'd rather not say”.
• If you subscribe or buy readings: the subscription's status and cycle dates, your credit balance and your customer identifier at the payment processor. We never store your card details; only the payment processor holds them.

To write the reading, keep it so you can come back to it, and prevent abuse of the service. Nothing else.

To write your reading, your question, the cards and your reading preferences are sent to an artificial intelligence service, without your name or email.

We also use hosting and database services, an email delivery service (for the sign-in code) and a payment processor (for subscriptions and packs). We do not sell your data.

Your question, the reading's texts and how you asked to be addressed are kept for 90 days, then erased. After that we keep only the date, the cards and the crystal, with none of your words, solely to count your free reading for the month.

If you delete a reading, its question and texts are erased immediately. If you delete your account, everything is erased. Your profile isn't subject to the 90-day limit: it stays until you change it or delete your account.

Payment records stay with the payment processor for as long as tax law requires, even after you delete your account.

You can view or delete a single reading, all your readings or your whole account under “My readings”, and change how you're addressed and your sign in your profile. For any other request under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), such as confirming, correcting or exporting your data or withdrawing consent, write to support@tarophia.com. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

It doesn't use AI or require you to sign in. Only the card you pick is sent to the site, and nothing of yours is stored.

If a question suggests you may be at risk, the oracle won't give a reading and shows you where to find support instead. This screening is automatic, and nobody reads questions as a matter of routine.

We don't run any ads. If we ever do, they will appear only on public pages and will never receive your question, your cards or your reading, and we will ask for your consent first.

If something changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
