Tarophia (tarophia.com) is responsible for this site. For anything, refunds included, write to contato@tarophia.com.

Tarophia draws the cards for your question and writes the reading with artificial intelligence, from the cards, their positions and the texts of our library. It is a service for entertainment, reflection and self-knowledge.

Readings do not predict the future with certainty and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The decisions you make remain yours. The AI can be wrong or sound odd; if it does, write to us.

If you are suffering or at risk, please reach out for help now: in Brazil, CVV answers on 188 at any hour; elsewhere, your local emergency or crisis line.

Tarophia is for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your e-mail. The account is personal: whoever can open your e-mail can open your account, so keep it safe.

• Free: one reading a month, with the first act. The month follows the calendar.
• Monthly subscription: up to 15 full readings per billing cycle. Readings left over do not carry over to the next cycle.
• Pack of 3 readings: three credits, each worth one full reading. Purchased credits never expire.
• Single reading: one credit, worth one full reading. Purchased credits never expire.
• Gift or campaign credits (for example, from a promotional code) last as long as stated with them.

Prices are shown on the plans page and before you pay: in Brazilian reais in Brazil and in US dollars elsewhere. Payments are handled by a payment processor; Tarophia never sees or stores your card details.

The subscription renews by itself every month, on the same payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel any time under “Manage subscription” on your profile. It stays active until the end of the cycle already paid and is not charged again.

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of subscribing for the first time or of buying credits, with no need to give a reason, as long as you have used little of what you bought: on the subscription, no more than 2 readings in the cycle; on a pack, no more than 1 credit; on a single reading, the credit still unused. Write to contato@tarophia.com from your account's e-mail.

Monthly renewals are not refunded: if you no longer want it, cancel, and the subscription runs to the end of the month already paid.

The refund is once per person. Repeated requests, from another account or with the same payment method, may be refused.

The money goes back to the same payment method. Refunding the subscription ends it at once; refunding credits removes those not yet used.

A reading that ends in care (when the question speaks of crisis or risk and the oracle does not read) is never charged: the reading or the credit comes back to you.

To keep the oracle open to everyone, you may not:

• use bots, scripts or any automation to create readings or accounts;
• resell readings or access to the service;
• try to get around the limits, the payments or the site's security;
• use the service to harass, deceive or harm other people.

We may suspend or close accounts that do. If an account is closed for this reason, its credits and current subscription are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

The reading written for you is yours to keep and share. The texts, the illustrations and the rest of the site belong to Tarophia. The card images are from the 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, in the public domain.

You can delete your account whenever you like, in “My readings”. Deleting the account cancels the subscription at once and removes any credits left; the 7-day refund still applies as described above.

We do our best to keep the oracle available, but the service may be down for maintenance or because a provider fails. If a paid reading fails before it is written, the credit comes back to you.

What we keep, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

If these terms change, we update the date at the top and say so on the site. Changes that affect what you have already paid for apply only from the next renewal or purchase.

These terms follow the laws of Brazil, including its Consumer Protection Code. You may bring any dispute before the courts where you live.
